The following are the downloads for those users who are stating with PHP:
Software name : NetBeans IDE 7.3.1
you can download this and start coding in PHP and or HTML
Windows
Download Size: 222mb
for windows users the download is simple, you can download the file and start working on PHP/HTML and should be able to run your programs on your local host. This setup also comes with JDK7u40, that is the 40th update of JDK7.
Mac OS X
Download Size: 172 + 48mb
for Mac OS X users you will need to setup a local server in order to run your programs, even though you can code and compile without any trouble, if you want to run your program you will need to setup a local server, a software called MAMP is required for this, the installation instructions and package are provided in the above link. You are only required to install MAMP and Netbeans to code in PHP/HTML, JDK is not required
Note : The above download link for Mac OS X comes with JDK and the MAMP Localhost client can host MySQL servers also, so you don't need to get anything separate for those things
